Constitution of LCCC's has directed to form a separate department to manage fund professionally. LCCC is operated from the funds which are raised from fees from services and consultancy provided, funding from national and international donor organization, sale of assets, income from investments and programmes and from membership fees. Similarly, as the nongovernmental organization, LCCC has to manage the fund by the direct supervision of Treasurer and cash are operated from the bank account with the joint signatory of two personnel from the board of directors (Treasurer and President or Secretary).

LCCC maintains the books of accounts as per the accounting standard of Nepal, open and transparent manner by conducting full, annual independent does audit from the Government Licensed Auditors by making our financial statements readily available. Government agencies CDO, LDO and Social welfare counsel regulate and monitor the funds activities of the organization. So that LCCC remain to good governance and other best practices with the aim of minimizing the chance of unethical activities. LCCC consistently execute its mission in a fiscally responsible way. The fiscal year of LCCC is starts from each year July 17 to July 16 of next year.
